The construction management contract for the new construction of two multi-story high-end condominium buildings including the construction of a ground floor garage, located on waterfront property. These luxurious developments consisted of 2,000 SF units of living space and private elevator access to the apartments. The construction consisted of post-tensioned slabs and CBS walls. The condominium complex includes a private pool and private access to the beach via a bridge-like dune crossover structure.
