The East Coast Building is a nine-story structure along the Miami River. This new storage facility houses 831 units inclusive of a ground floor retail space, mezzanine space and restaurants on the ninth floor and rooftop, offering incredible views of the Miami skyline. Also featured is a 30 x 70-foot mural done by FIU students as part of a collaborative project. The abstract rendering of birds in flight crossing the Miami River is visible to southbound I-95 traffic.
