Construction of a brand new Super Target. The shell is slab-on-grade with concrete tilt-up panels, steel columns, beams, and bar joists, metal decking with lightweight concrete, and a single-ply membrane. There is a 4 truck loading dock, a Garden Center with an irrigation system, a Pre-Fabricated Utility Center (PUC), and an Electrical Distribution Center (EDC).
